If you are not happy with any part of our service, you have the right to let us know. We welcome any complaints or suggestions because it helps us to provide a better service.

How to Raise a Concern

Often problems can be sorted out by talking to a staff member. If you don't feel comfortable talking to someone, you can drop a note into the suggestions box in the office.

If the problem is not resolved, your next step would be to speak to the Director of the centre. A copy of our complaints policy is available on request.
